His background includes refinery, petrochemical, LNG, power generation, pipeline, polymer, and industrial fiber manufacturing facilities, where equipment reliability directly impacts safety, production, and profitability.

Paul has led global machinery reliability programs, served as a technical field advisor, provided independent shop surveillance, scoped and supported major turnarounds, and conducted failure modes and causes analysis, and root cause failure investigations for some of the industry's most demanding operating environments.
